血清S100A11及癌胚抗原水平与大肠癌浸润转移关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨大肠癌患者血清S100A11和癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)表达水平与肿瘤浸润转移的关系。方法应用ELISA法检测74例大肠癌患者血清S100A11及CEA表达水平,并分析其与临床病理资料的关系,评估单一与联合检测S100A11及CEA在大肠癌肝转移中的诊断价值。结果大肠癌患者血清S100A11、CEA的表达水平在患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小及大体分型方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在组织学分级、浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移、有无肝转移及Dukes分期方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检测血清S100A11及CEA诊断大肠癌肝转移的敏感性为88.5%。结论 S100A11和CEA与大肠癌的浸润转移密切相关;检测血清S100A11及CEA表达水平有助于早期发现大肠癌肝转移。Objective To evaluate the relationship of expression levels of serum S100A11 and carcinoembryonic antigen with the invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.Methods The expression levels of serum S100A11 and carcinoembryonic antigen in 74 cases of colorectal carcinoma were detected with ELISA and the relationship with clinical pathological factors was analyzed.The diagnostic value of single or combined detection of serum S100A11 and carcinoembryonic antigen for liver metastasis of colorectal carcinoma was evaluated.Results There were significant differences in the expression levels of serum S100A11 and carcinoembryonic antigen between the patients with different histological grades,infiltration depths,with and without lymph node metastasis,with and without liver metastasis,and with different Dukes staging（P0.05 or P0.01）,but no significant differences in different ages,genders,tumor sizes and general classifications（P0.05）.The diagnostic sensitivity of combined detection of serum S100A11 and carcinoembryonic antigen was 88.5% for liver metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.Conclusion S100A11 and carcinoembryonic antigen are closely correlated with invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.The expression level of serum S100A11 and carcinoembryonic antigen may help the early detection of liver metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.
