摘　　要：昆虫作为地球上最大的生物类群,具有食物转化率高、繁殖生长速度快、蛋白质含量高、用途广等突出特点,是目前最具开发潜力的动物蛋白资源。本文综述了昆虫蛋白质的利用价值、提取方式以及综合应用方面的研究进展,对昆虫蛋白的开发利用以及未来发展趋势等各个方面进行了展望。As the largest organism groups on earth, insect shows to be a potential animal protein resources. Recently, it has been widely investigated because of its high food conversion rate, fast growth, high protein content and extensive use. In this paper, the use of insect protein value, the extraction of insect protein and integrated application of research progress were reviewed. Development and utilization of insect protein and future trends in various aspects of vision was discussed.
