康莱特腹腔热灌注联合FORFOX4方案治疗进展期胃癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究腹腔热灌注治疗进展期胃癌的临床疗效和安全性。方法 70例晚期胃癌的患者随机分为观察组和对照组两组,观察组采用FOLFOX4化疗方案+腹腔热灌注康莱特,对照组采用FOLFOX4化疗方案+普通腹腔灌注组,观察各组的近期疗效。结果治疗后2组1年生存率无明显差异,2组3年生存率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔热灌注康莱特联合静脉化疗可明显提高晚期胃癌的治疗效果,是一种安全有效的方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and security of CHPP for patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods Seventy patients were divided into two groups randomly：35 patients were underwent chemotherapy while the other group of 35 patients were treated by CHPP combined with chemotherapy by vein,to observed and compared the Curative effect.Results In 2 groups after the treatment,the 1 year survival rate had no significant difference,2 groups of 3 year survival rate had a significant difference.Conclusion CHPP combined with chemotherapy by vein may-be a safe and effective therapy for the patients with advanced gastric cancer, helpful for preventing recurrence and can prolong survival time.
