医护患同组的分组护理模式对基础护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨医、护、患同组的分组护理模式对神经内科基础护理质量的影响。方法分别对神经内科实施传统的责任制护理模式和医、护、患同组的护理模式对比研究。结果实施医、护、患同组的分组护理模式后护理质量得到提高,病人满意度明显提高,医生、病人对护理工作给与了高度的评价。结论医、护、患同组的分组护理模式在神经内科病房中应用,有效提高了医护配合的程度,提高了护理质量,明显提高了医生、病人对护理工作的满意度。Objective to explore the medical and nursing,with the same group of nerve medicine group nursing model based the influence on the quality of care.Methods to nerve medicine implementation respectively of the traditional responsibility system nursing mode and the medical and nursing,with one of the nursing mode comparative study.Results the implementation of the medical and nursing,with their group after group nursing mode nursing quality improved,patient satisfaction,doctors,patients significantly improve nursing work to give high appraisal.Conclusion the medical and nursing,with the same group group nursing mode in the application in the medical ward, effectively improve the degree with medical care,improved the quality of nursing,obviously improving the doctors,patients in the nursing job satisfaction.
