联合止吐方案预防顺铂所致恶心呕吐的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察以托烷司琼为主的联合止吐方案预防化疗患者恶心呕吐的作用。方法选择62例化疗患者,化疗前30 min静脉滴注托烷司琼+地塞米松、泮托拉唑,同时口服胃复安。观察该方案对化疗性恶心呕吐的防治效果及不良反应发生情况。结果托烷司琼加镇吐合剂组在抑制恶心、呕吐等方面明显优于对照组。结论托烷司琼为主的联合止吐方案是较好的预防化疗恶心呕吐的止吐方案,安全有效、值得推广。Objective To evaluate the prophylactic effects of combined antiemetic scheme containing tropisetron on vomitting caused by chemotherapy.Methods 62 patients with malignant tumors were enrolled in this trial,the combined antiemetic scheme including intravenous transfusion of tropisetron ＋ dexamethasone ＋ pantoprazole were given to patients 30 min before the chemotherapy in study group Then the incidence of vomiting and side effects of these subjects were recorded during the chemotherapy.Results Combined antiemetic scheme containing tropisetron group was superior to control group in the prevention of nausea and vomiting with significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion Tropisetron plus antiemetic mixture for preventing vomitting caused by chemotherapy was effective and safe.
