摘　　要：目的探讨70岁及以上高龄食管癌患者围手术期的处理方法。方法分析167例70岁及以上高龄食管癌患者的临床资料并对手术前准备、手术方法及术后治疗情况等资料进行回顾性分析。结果全组病例根治切除164例,剖胸探查3例,出现术后并发症27例,发生率为16%;死亡5例,病死率为3%。主要死于术后胸腔内吻合瘘和肺部并发症。结论高龄食管癌患者不是手术的禁忌,只要行正确的围手术期处理就能取得满意的手术效果,手术仍可作为首选的治疗方法。Objective To analyze the perioperative treatment of elderly esophagus cancer operation.Methods The clinical data of 167 aged patients（age70）with esophagus cancer treated with surgical operation in our center was retrospectively analysed.Results Among these patients,164 cases underwent radiacal operation,3 cases underwent exploratory thoracotomy.27 cases（16%） had postoperative complications and 5 patient died of these complications.Conclusion Aged patients with esophagus cancer can be treated with operation under correct perioperative management.
