摘　　要：实施知识产权质押融资既是加快科技型中小企业发展的需要,也是建设创新型国家的需要。对知识产权质押融资研究文献进行了综述;系统分析了制约我国科技型中小企业知识产权质押融资发展的5个方面问题;提出解决科技型中小企业知识产权质押融资问题,应采取系统化的管理对策。本研究有望对促进我国科技型中小企业知识产权质押融资工作提供有益借鉴。The implementation of intellectual property pledge financing is necessary both for speeding up the development of small and mid-sized science technology（ST） enterprises and for building a creative country.The research literature of intellectual property pledge financing is reviewed in this paper.Five aspects of problems are systematically analyzed,which restrict the development of intellectual property pledge financing of small and mid-sized ST enterprises in China.To solve the problems of intellectual property pledge financing,it is suggested that a systematical managerial countermeasures should be taken.This study is expected to promote the work of intellectual property pledge financing of small and mid-sized ST enterprise in China.
