摘 要:为实现大型多工位压力机在工作过程中自动送料和工件按工艺要求顺序转换工位,自主研发了大型电子伺服三坐标多工位送料系统。研发过程中,运用系统法确立了总体设计方案,有效地解决了该复杂送料系统研发过程中影响因素多,设计工作难以有序、全面展开的问题。通过三维设计软件SolidWorks创建了参数化模型,运用ADAMS和ANSYS进行了运动学仿真和有限元受力分析,试制的样机验证了该送料系统设计方案的可行性和可靠性。In order to achieve automatic feeding and station conversion required by a large-scale multi-stage press machine,a large-scale electronic servo three-axis multi-stage feeding system was researched and developed. In the process of research design,an overall design solution was proposed at first based on a systematic approach,effectively solving the difficulties resulted by many influence factors for designing such a complex feeding system,and leading to an orderly design manner.Then the feeding system was modeled by a three-dimensional design software of Solidworks,and was simulated by the kinematics software of ADAMS and the finite element analysis software of ANSYS.Finally,a physical prototype of the feeding system was built,which verified the feasibility and reliability of the proposed design solution.
