摘　　要：大学衍生企业是独特的企业创业活动,是实现知识转移和技术商业化的有效途径,对区域科技创新体系构建具有重要推动作用。西方大学衍生企业发展实践较早,源自知名大学的科技新创企业大量涌现,相关研究成果非常丰富。文章基于文献分析,从概念属性与类型划分、主要模式与发展过程、驱动因素与绩效发展等方面,系统梳理了西方大学衍生企业研究进展与脉络组成,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。University spin-off company is an important kind of entrepreneurial activities. It is also an effective way of knowledge transformation and technology commercialization. Moreover, it has an important role in constructing regional innovation system. The university spin-off phenomenon appears very early in west countries, and there are many related- researches. This article is a systematic literature review of university spin-off theories, including the concepts, types, the typical patterns, development processes, driving factors and the performanee evolution, in order to explore the research achievement of the studies on the university spin-off company. Finally, it presents the suggestions for future research.
