摘 要:目的探讨脑源性神经营养因子(Brain—derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)Kk因G196A基因多态性与重性抑郁障碍之间的关系。方法抽取100例重性抑郁患者作研究,以100例正常健康人作对照。应用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)扩增技术对BDNF基因上的G196A基因多态性进行分型。运用SPSS170统计软件包进行数据分析。结果BDNF基因G196A多态性等位基因和基因型频数、频率在重性抑郁组和正常对照组中的分布无显著性差异(P均〉0.05)。结论本研究尚未发现BDNF基因G196A多态性与重性抑郁的发病相关.Objective To explore the association between the BDNF genepolymorphism (G196A) and major depressive disorder (MDD). Methods Palymerasc chain reaction (PCR) was used to identify the genotype and alleles of BDNF gene polymorphism (GI96A) in 100 MDD patients and 100 healthy controls. All statistical analysis was performed using SPSSI7.0 statistical software. Result The genotype, allele and allele-carrier distribution of BDNF gene polymorphism (G196A) did not differ significantly between MDD patients and normal controls. Conclusion This research has not found that there's association between BDNF gene polymorphism (G196A) and the incidence of MDD.
