奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙和5氟脲嘧啶治疗124例胃肠道恶性肿瘤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙（CF）和5氟脲嘧啶（5FU）化疗方案治疗胃肠道恶性肿瘤的疗效和不良反应。方法对我院124例惠胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者给予奥沙利铂、亚叶酸钙静滴2h，第1天；5FUO5g静脉推注10min，5FU 3g／m^2持续泵入48h治疗，21d为一个周期。结果总有效率（CP±PR）483％；最常见的不良反应为骨髓抑制、恶心和呕吐、外周神经毒性、黏膜炎、腹泻，均以轻度为主。结论奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙和5FU治疗胃肠道恶性肿瘤是一个有效、低毒的化疗方案，值得临床推广应用。Objective Observation of oxaliplatin combined with CF and 5FU chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with gastrointestinal tumor efficacy and adverse reactions. Methods The 124 patients with gastrointestinal cancer given iv oxaliplatin 130mg/m^2 and CF 200mg/m^2, intravenous infusion of 2h, first days; 5FU 0.5g intravenous bolus injection of lOmin, 5FU 3g/m2 continuous infusion with 48h treatment, 21d as a course, receiving a 2 course of treatment after curative effect evaluation. Results In 124 cases, evaluation of therapeutic effect in patients with 116 cases, complete remission（CR） in 4 cases, partial remission（PR） in 52 cases, 38 cases of stable （SD）, （PD） in 22 cases, the total efficiency of 45.16%（CR＋PR）; the most common adverse reactions as myelosuppression, nausea and vonfiting, peripheral neurotoxicity, mucositis, diarrhoea, are mainly to mild. Coneulsion The oxaliplatin combined with CF and 5FU in the treatment of gastrointestinal tumor is an effective, low toxic chemotherapy, it is worthy of clinical application.
