肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤的多排螺旋CT表现

摘　　要：目的：探讨肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤（RO）的CT表现。方法：回顾性分析10例R0的CT资料。结果：10例病灶皮髓期均明显强化，其中8例强化低于肾皮质，2例强化接近于肾皮质；有6例病灶均匀强化，2例见“星芒样瘢痕”，另2例病灶强化欠均匀；7例见完整包膜。结论：大部分RO为富血供。增强后大部分均匀强化，出现“星芒样瘢痕”应考虑肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤，病灶〈3cm时均匀强化，但强化程度低于正常肾皮质时，也要考虑肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤可能。Objective： To investigate the renal oncocytoma （RO） of the CT. Methods： retrospective analysis 10 cases of RO CT data. Results： 10 cases of skin lesions were significantly enhanced marrow period, 8 cases of renal cortex than enhanced, two cases of renal cortex strengthen the close; homogeneous enhancement lesion in 6 cases, 2 cases ＂stellate - like scar＂ and the other two cases of lesions enhanced due to uniform ; 7 cases see complete capsule. Conclusion： Most of the RO for the rich blood supply, enhanced most homogeneous enhancement, a ＂stellate -like scar＂ should consider the kidney oncocytoma, lesions 〈 3cm when homogeneous enhancement, but the degree of enhancement is lower than the norntal real cortex, should also consider the possihle renal oncoeytoma.
