摘　　要：目的通过饮片验收工作，探讨我国中药饮片市场中存在的种种问题，为中药饮片的生产、加工及使用提供依据。方法总结2010年我院药库中药饮片入库验收记录，得出饮片入库验收的总次数及总数量，计算不合格品种的次数及所占百分比．为退货原因分类并进行分析。结果2010年我院共验收中药饮片6387批次，不合格301次，占验收总批次的4．7％。退货原因中有87．4％为质量原因。结论国内中药饮片市场存在较多问题。需要尽快整改。Objective To explore all sorts of problems in the market of Chinese herbal slice so as to provide reference for producers,processors and users.Methods Sum- up the records of check and accept prepared slice into storeroom in our hospital during 2010 and sort out the number of total batches and total quantity,Calculate the number and proportion of goods rejected,classify and analyze the causes of unqualified slice after checking.Results In 2010 there were 6387 batches of herbal slice while 301 batches were unqualified and accounted for 4.7%in total. 87.4% were refused because of their quality problem.Conclusion There are many problems in the market of herbal slice in China,it is needed to be modified as soon as possible.
