线粒体铰链蛋白在肝细胞肝癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:研究线粒体铰链蛋白在肝细胞肝癌(HCC)组织中的表达及其临床意义,并对线粒体铰链蛋白与肝癌的恶性行为之间关系进行研究。方法:80例HCC、80例癌旁组织和50例正常肝组织标本常规制作石蜡包埋切片,线粒体铰链蛋白染色方法为SP免疫组化法。结果:HCC组织中的线粒体铰链蛋白表达阳性率及其评分明显高于癌旁组织和正常肝组织(P<0.05),而在癌旁组织和正常肝组织之间无显著性差异;线粒体铰链蛋白的蛋白表达与患者的性别、年龄、肝硬化、病理学分级、术前AFP浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而与肿瘤的大小、癌栓、有无包膜以及TNM分期等差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:线粒体铰链蛋白的表达与HCC的一些恶性临床病理特征密切相关,提示线粒体铰链蛋白可能是反映HCC发生发展、侵袭、转移的一个重要的生物学指标。Objective： To study the expression of mitochondrial hinge protein （ MHP ） in hepatocellular carcinoma （ HCC ）, to explore its clinicopathologic significance, and to study the relationship between MHP expression and the malignant behavior of HCC. Methods： The SP immunohistochemical method was used to determine MHP expression in paraffin-embedded sections from 80 HCC cases, 80 juxtacancerous specimens, and 50 normal liver tissue samples. Results： The MHP-positive rates and scores were significantly higher in the HCC cases than in the juxtacancerous specimens and normal liver tissues （ P 〈 0.05 ）. No significant differences were ob- served between the juxtacancerous specimens and normal paraneoplastic liver tissues （ P 〈 0.05 ）. MHP expression was significantly correlated with tumor size and tumor thrombli in the portal vein of HCC （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but not with sex, age, liver cirrhosis, or the al- phafetoprotein （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： MHP expression significantly correlates with the malignant behavior of HCC. This protein may be an important biological marker for the carcinogenesis, tumor progression, biological behavior, and prognosis of HCC.
