扶正抗癌汤联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究中药扶正抗癌汤联合化疗治疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效观察及对其免疫调节作用。方法:将60例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组选用常规GP化疗方案治疗组:在对照组GP方案化疗的基础上采用中医药辨证,加用扶正抗癌汤口服,疗程为3个月。结果:治疗组和对照组的临床缓解率及中医证候比较上存在统计学上有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后NK细胞和CD4均明显上升,CD8明显下降,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:扶正抗癌汤能够提高晚期非小细胞肺癌患者化疗疗效,并且能增强机体免疫力,改善患者的生活质量,在一定程度上提高机体对化疗的耐受性。Objective ： To study the anticancer effect of Fuzheng Dection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced non - small cell lung cancer and efficacy of its role in immune regulation. Methods ： 60 patients with advanced nonsmall cell lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 30 patients in the control group used conventional chemotherapy in the treatment group： GP regimen based on the control group combined with Chinese medicine Fuzhen Kangai Decoction, the treatment was 3 months. Results： In the treatment group and control group, clinical remission rate and the existence of syndromes showed statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）, after treatment, NK ceils were significantly increased and the CD4, CDs decreased significantly in the control group with significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Fuzhen Kangai Decoction can improve the effects of advanced non - small cell lung cancer chemotherapy, and can enhance immunity, improve the life quality of patients, to a certain extent, improve the body tolerance of chemotherapy.
