摘 要:目的研制一种C型臂X线机引导骨科手术定位系统,以解决C型臂下定位的难题。方法了解C型臂X线机成像原理,提出C型臂X线机下经过2次透视即可实现三维定位的方法,利用CAD软件绘制系统模型图,完成研制。结果在C型臂X线机2个角度下,通过2个电机的依次转动,简单快速实现了三维空间里准确定位,避免了传统二维空间内定位的局限性。结论C掣臂X线机引导骨科手术定位系统是定位更加准确,大大提高了手术的一次成功率,保护医护工作者免受X射线辐射,适合临床应用。Objective To develop a C-arm fluoroscopy guided navigation system which can solve the location difficulty under C-arm fluoroscopy guidance in orthopedic surgery. Methods According to the mechanism of C-arm imaging, a three dimensional (3D) positioning method was designed using the imaging data obtained from 2 times of C-arm fluoroscopy. The diagrammatic figures of the system were drawn with the use of CAD software. Results The navigation system could make the 2 motors of the C-arm machine rotate one by one at 2 different angles to achieve quick and accurate 3D positioning for screw insertion. The navigation system overcame the limitation of two-dimensional positioning by a conventional C-arm fluoroscopy. Conclusion The C-arm fluoroscopy guided navigation is good for clinical application because it can provide accurate positioning to greatly increase the one time success rate of surgery and to protect medical staff from X-ray exposure.
