我国西部少数民族地区学校体育改革与发展问题的理论思考

摘　　要：对目前我国西部少数民族地区学校体育和少数民族传统体育的现状、特点和存在问题进行分析,可以分析出制约西部少数民族地区学校体育发展的主要原因,针对问题西部少数民族地区应做到:大力开展少数民族传统体育项目与学校体育教学结合的实践并总结经验;加强西部少数民族地区学校体育师资力量培训;结合少数民族传统体育运动会以学校体育教育为基础培养少数民族体育人才;利用优秀的、民族独有的传统体育项目使学校体育呈现多元化和小型化;拓宽经费来源,形成多渠道的资金投入。The analysis of the present situation,features and problems of the physical education at school and of the traditional sports shows that there are factors which restrain the development of PE at school in ethnic minority areas in the West of China.The following points should be focused on so as to eliminate the restrains effectively： to make great efforts in the practice of combining physical education at school with traditional sports;to strengthen the training of PE teachers at school;to take the national traditional games of ethnic minorities as the platform for the cultivation of the talented for sport;to make use of the excellent and peculiar traditional sport items to diversify and miniaturize the PE at school;to widen the sources of funding and attract investment through various means.
