摘  要:目的研究血浆高胆红素患者红细胞天然免疫黏附功能(EIIAF)状态变化,探讨引起EIIAF变化可能的影响原因。方法以检测RBC天然免疫黏附功能快速检测方法,将1μl离心沉淀的RBC和100μl自身血浆与150μl定量的靶细胞混合,37℃水浴30 min。1个结合5个或以上RBC的靶细胞为一个黏附功能单位,计算黏附率。结果在56例高胆红素血症患者EIIAF低于35例正常对照组,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同程度高胆红素血症患者间EIIAF逐渐下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血浆高胆红素血症患者的RBC免疫黏附功能低于正常人,并与血清胆红素水平具有相关性。Objective To investigate the state of erythrocyte innate immune adhesion function (EIIAF) in hyperbilirubinemia patients, and analyze the influence of various factors in patient plasma. Methods One Ixl of centrifugated RBC and 100p,1 plasma of patient were directly mixed with 150μl of quantitative target antigen cells at 37℃ for 30 min. One target cell attached by 5 or more RBC was counted as one adhesion function unit. To calculated the ratio of adhesion rate. Results The level of EIIAF in 56 patients with hyperbilirubinemia was lower than 35 normal controls, there was statistical difference between two groups (P 〈 0.05). In different concentrations, the level of EIIAF descend gradually, but there was no statistical significance of difference in EIIAF ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion EIIAF in hyperbilirubinemia patients was obviously lower than that of normal control group and it was related to level of serum bilirubin.
