论我国大学职能履行中精神追求的弱化

摘　　要：我国大学基本职能履行中的精神追求被弱化,主要是由于政府对大学具有较强的控制力、市场经济初期阶段竞争的无序化,以及功利主义思潮和工具理性对价值理性的僭越等造成的。实现大学组织的价值重建、促进学者本真使命的回归以及强化制度建设等是强化大学职能履行中精神追求的基本策略。The weakening of spiritual pursuit in the basic functions of China＇s universities is mainly caused by the stronger control of government over university, the disorder of competition at the early stages of market economy, the ideological trend of utilitarianism and the arrogation of instrumental rationality to value rationality. It is the basic strategy for strengthening the spiritual pursuit of university to achieve the re-construction of university＇s value, regain the scholar＇s intrinsic mission and strengthen the construction of system.
