摘  要:以水为介质,密蒙花总黄酮提取率为考察指标,优化微波强化提取密蒙花总黄酮的工艺。选取微波功率、微波工作时间和液料比为影响因子,在单因素试验的基础上,进行3因素3水平的Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计。以密蒙花总黄酮提取率为响应值,进行响应面(RSM)分析,优化微波强化提取密蒙花总黄酮的提取条件。试验结果表明,微波处理密蒙花有利于总黄酮的提取,微波提取最佳条件为:提取功率600W、提取时间12min、液料比45∶1(mL:g)。在最佳的提取条件下,密蒙花总黄酮提取率理论值可达5.48%,验证值为5.49%,验证值与理论值间的相对误差为0.18%。The extraction process of Buddleja officinalis Maxim Flavonoids was found with microwave method, which used water as medium and the extraction rate of Buddleja officinalis Maxim Flavonoids as index. Then select the microwave power, extracting time and ratio of water to solid as random factor, on the basis of single factor experiment, 3 factors 3 levels of Box-Behnken center combination experimental design, the extraction rate of Buddleja officinalis Maxim flavonoids were used as response value for response surface (RSM) analysis, and the flavonoids microwave extraction conditions were optimized. The experimental results showed that the flower treatment with microwave is useful for flavonoids leaching. The best extraction conditions as follows, microwave power 600 W, extraction time 12 min, and the ratio of water to solid 45∶1. Under the best extraction conditions, the theoretical extraction rate of Buddleja officinalis Maxim flavonoids can reach 5.48%, validation value is 5.49%, the relative error between theoretical and validation is 0.18%.
