摘  要:为了对低压塑壳断路器短路分断过程电磁场与运动场强耦合问题高效求解,对低压塑壳断路器短路分断过程中各变量耦合关系进行分析,建立运动场与电磁场耦合分析数学模型,构建基于等效洛伦兹力曲线一阶导数的步长自适应顺序耦合法,使迭代步长随各瞬态的非平衡载荷残差动态调整,提高求解效率.将该方法运用于某一型号低压断路器短路分断分析中,结果表明,该方法能够对问题有效求解.对断路器短路分断过程动力学曲线动态特性进行分析,研究主轴弹簧刚度、动触头臂回复弹簧刚度、超程等因素对分断性能的影响,给出对断路器短路分断性能优化方向.In order to solve the electromagnetic-dynamics interaction of the breaking process of low voltage molded case circuit breaker efficiently,the relation of the coupled variables of breaking process was analyzed,and the mathematical models of electromagnetic and dynamics were constructed,a self-adaptive step sequential interaction method was proposed which can adapt the step according to the fluctuation of the Lorentz-force.The method was applied into the breaking analysis of a model of MCCB,result shows that the method is high efficiency in solving the problem.At the end,the dynamics characteristic of breaking process was analyzed,the influence of spring stiffness of spindle,return spring stiffness of contacts arm and over run of contact on breaking capacity was studied,and the optimization direction of breaking capacity of MCCB was given.
