摘　　要：简要论述了数字医学产生的时代背景、形成要素与发展过程,从组织建设、学科发展、学术研究、应用实践等方面系统回顾了我国数字医学诞生以来所经历的重大事件与开展的重大活动情况,特别指出了加强人才建设、搞好学术交流、拓宽学术园地对于促进数字医学又快又好健康发展的作用与意义。The paper briefly introduced the times background, the forming factors and the development process of digital medicine, and reviewed the major events and activities since its birth from organization construction, discipline development, academic research, application practices, etc, especially the effects and significances of strengthening talent construction, improving academic communications and expanding academic field to the good, fast and healthy development of digital medicine.
