摘　　要：目的调查初级职称护士岗位培训现状及需求情况,为制订科学合理的初级职称护士培训计划提供依据。方法自行设计初级职称护士岗位培训现状与需求问卷,对某三级综合医院88名初级职称护士进行调查。结果 93.18%的初级职称护士认为对初级职称护士进行规范化培训是必要的,且医院重视对初级护士的培训;在岗位培训需求项目中,初级职称护士自身情绪管理及心理减压、专科护理理论知识与职业安全防护得分较高;65.91%的初级职称护士通过在职学习获得最后学历;对独立工作最有帮助的培训方式为岗前培训;影响初级职称护士参加岗位培训的主要原因是工作太忙,占73.86%。结论护理管理者应进一步完善初级职称护士岗位培训方案,采取灵活多样的培训方式,根据护士的需求调整培训内容,同时为护士岗位培训提供更多支持以满足初级职称护士的发展需求。Objective To investigate the status of post training among nurses with primary professional titles and their demands, so as to provide basis for formulating a scientific and rational training program. Methods A self - designed questionnaire about the status and demands of post training was used to investigate 88 nurses with primary professional titles in a 3A - hospital. Results Among the nurses,93.18% nurses thought the standardized training was necessary, and attach importance to the training of nurses in primany hospital. The needs of self - emotional management and psychological decompression, specialized nursing theoretical knowledge training, and occupational safety protection got higher scores in the post training needs of project. And 65.19% nurses accomplished the education course through on - the - job learning. The post training was the most helpful training mode to the indepent work. The busy work was the influence of nurses with primany professional tides participate in job trainning accounted 73.86%. Conclusion The nursing managers should further improve the training programs of nurses with primary professional titles, adopt flexible and diverse training methods, adjust training contents according to the needs of nurses and provide more support to meet the dvelopment needs of nurses primany professional,titles in the nurses＇post training.
