摘　　要：目的分析慢性稳定性心绞痛患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗临床护理路径中的变异原因及性质,根据存在的问题提出改进措施。方法对65例择期行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的慢性稳定性心绞痛患者实施临床护理路径,护士严格按照临床护理路径各时间段完成并记录护理内容及护理目标,在变异记录单上记录变异项目,并分析变异原因。结果变异原因有医务人员导致的变异占29.88%、患者需求导致的变异占28.74%、疾病转归导致的变异占24.14%、医院系统导致的变异占17.24%;正性变异占6.90%,负性变异占93.10%;可控性负性变异占59.26%;不可控性负性变异占40.74%。结论通过对慢性稳定性心绞痛患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗实施临床护理路径的变异分析,采取措施可以促进医疗护理质量的不断改进。Objective To analyze the variation of clinical nursing pathway in chronic stable angina patients with percutaneous coronary intervention,then make improvement measures according to the existing problems in clinical nursing pathway. Methods Sixty - five chronic stable angina patients with pcrcutaneous coronary intervention were provided care according to the clinical nursing pathway, and the nurses recorded patients nursing contents, goals and variation on variation sheets according to the time sigment of clinical nursing pathway, and analyzed the causes of variation. Results The causes of variation were medical staff（29.88% ） ,patientg needs （28.74%）, prognosis of disease （24.14%）, and hospital systems （ 17.24% ） ;the positive variance accounted for 6.90% ,and the negative variance accounted for 93.10%. The negative controllable variation accounted for 59.62% , and uncontrollable variations accounted for 40.74%. Conclusion Through the variation analysis of clinical nursing pathway in chronic stable angina patients with percutaneous coronary intervention, measures can be taken to improve quality of nursing continuously.
