颅内软骨瘤的CT与MRI表现(附3例报告及文献复习)

摘　　要：目的探讨颅内软骨瘤的CT、MRI的特征性表现。资料与方法搜集经手术病理证实的3例颅内软骨瘤并复习相关文献分析其临床及CT、MRI特点。结果 3例CT表现均为类圆形占位,密度不均匀,其内可见明显点片状钙化,其中2例位于颅底,1例位于大脑镰区,2例相邻骨质侵蚀性破坏。MRI上呈混杂信号,实质部分呈等长T1、长T2信号,钙化部分呈长T1、短T2信号,增强扫描边缘明显环形强化,内部呈"蜂窝"状不均匀强化。病灶常较大,边界清楚,周围无明显水肿。结论颅内软骨瘤的CT、MRI表现具有一定的特征性,熟悉其影像学表现有助于对该病的诊断。Objective To discuss CT and MRI features of intracranial chondroma.Materials and Methods The clinical presentations and CT,MR imging features of three cases with intracranial chondroma were analyzed retrospectively.The related literatures were reviewed.Results The three tumors showed round shape,mixed attenuation with obvious point flake calcification on CT images.The tumors were large,with distinct border,and without obvious surrounding edema.Two tumors were located at the skull base and one tumor at the region of falx cerebri.The adjacent bone were aggressively destroyed.The calcification of tumors showed hypointense signal on T1 and T2 weighted images,and parenchyma part of tumor showed intermediate to hypointense signalintensity on T1 weighted image,and hyperintense signal intensity on T2 weighted image.After injection of Gd-DTPA,all tumors showed obviously rim enhancement.Conclusion Intracranial chondroma had certain characteristics on CT and MRI imaging,which may contribute to the diagnosis of the disease.
