摘　　要：本文针对我校高年级本科生和研究生教育中创新思维与创新实践能力的培养要求,探讨了如何充分发挥我校科研公共服务体系在交叉学科领域的科研优势,利用科研公共服务体系的优势资源积极开展高年级本科生和研究生的创新思维和实践能力的培养。为综合高效利用学校公共科研资源开展创新科研,以及学生创新能力的培养提供借鉴。According to the demands of innovative and practice ability for the senior undergraduates and the graduate students, this paper analyzes the function of public research service system in the National University of Defense Technology. Then the concrete idea and suggestions are put forward to use the advantages of public research service system for promoting the innovation and practice ability of the senior undergraduates and the graduate students. Consequently, the research results provide the beneficial references for improving the innovative research and students＇ innovative ability based on the efficient utilization of public research service system in the university.
