摘  要:通过5个含磷质量分数不同的底质内菹草的生长试验,研究了水体底质中含磷质量分数的单因子差异对菹草生长的影响。结果表明,含磷质量分数≤2.0 g/kg的底质中菹草在试验期间均正常生长,含磷质量分数的增加对菹草生物量的累积和平均株高的增长起促进作用;当底质中含磷质量分数达到2.5 g/kg,从试验中期(21 d)开始,菹草正常生长受到严重的磷胁迫影响,菹草叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量迅速降低,过氧化物酶(POD)活性出现先升后降的急速变化,叶片开始发黄变枯,到试验后期(39 d),该底质条件下菹草腐烂死亡。研究认为,菹草对底质中磷的耐受程度较高,目前富营养化水体底质中单因子磷所产生胁迫影响并不是造成菹草大面积衰亡的直接原因。In a growth experiment, five substrates with different concentrations of phosphorus were installed to determine the effects of phosphorus in sediments on Potamogeton crispus. Results showed that during the experiment, the plants vegetated naturally when the concentration of phosphorus in substrates was less than or equal to 2.0g/kg, the biomass and the mean length of plants increased with increasing concentration of phosphorus. When the concentration of phosphorus was 2.5g/ kg, the stress of phosphorus on growth of Potamogeton crispus was mark from the experimental medium (21d), the contents of protein and chlorophyll of Potamogeton crispus decreased rapidly and the activity of peroxidase (POD) increased firstly and then decreased, the plant died in the late of experiment (39d). Results demonstrated that the tolerance of Potamogeton crispus to phosphorus in sediments is strong, and the effects of phosphorus alone could not directly cause the degradation of Potamogeton crispus at present in eutrophic water bodies.
