摘 要:文章研究头孢拉定和经紫外光降解不同时间的头孢拉定产物对铜绿微囊藻和斜生栅藻生长及叶绿素a含量的影响。结果表明,头孢拉定对两种藻均有抑制作用,且随着浓度的增加抑制作用加强,但两者的抑制效果不同;3 mg/L的头孢拉定能显著抑制铜绿微囊藻的生长以及叶绿素a含量的增加,但对斜生栅藻只有微弱的抑制作用,即便是10 mg/L的头孢拉定也不能完全抑制其生长。经不同时间紫外光降解的头孢拉定对两种藻的作用也不同,降解后的头孢拉定对铜绿微囊藻的抑制作用更强,对斜生栅藻则相反,反而促进了其生长和叶绿素a含量的增加。Effects of cefradine and cefradine degraded by UV light on growth of Microcystis aeruginosa, Scenedesmus obliquus and Chlorophyll a content were investigated. Results showed that cefradine inhibited the growth of the two algae. With increase of concentration, the inhibition increased but the degree of inhibition was different of the two algae. 3mg/L of cefradine could inhibit the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa and the increase of Chlorophyll a content dramatically but slightly to Scenedesmus obliquus, even 10 mg/L of cefradine couldn't inhibit the growth of Scenedesmus obliquus completely. Cefradine degraded by UV light had different effects on the two algae, which strengthened the inhibition of Microcystis aeruginosa but increased the growth of Scenedesmus obliquus and Chlorophyll a content.
