浙江省农村中医适宜技术人才培训的实践与思考

摘　　要：目的通过对浙江省农村中医适宜技术被培训人员的调研,了解农村中医技术培训现况,对我国农村中医技术人才的培养提出可供借鉴的建议。方法采用现场问卷调查的方法,对浙江省中医适宜技术被培训人员开展调查。结果 95.0%的被培训医技人员认为对培训有需要,不同专业技术资格的被培训人员对培训的需求差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);被培训人员当中75.3%对所培训的适宜技术基本掌握或者熟练掌握。但各地的掌握程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);不同技术的掌握状况差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论中医适宜技术的培训要充分考虑被培训者的专业技术资格、培训具备的条件、不同技术本身的特征等进行有针对性的培训,同时还应建立培训的配套政策。objective To understand the current situation of rural TCM training and provide advice to improve the development of rural TCM technology personnel training in our country Methods Rural TCM technical trainees were investigated by questionnaires.Results 95.0% of trainees considered that they need TCM training,and there was significant difference among the different specialized technical qualification trainees（P0.001）.75.3% of trainees had completely or basically mastered the appropriate technology that be trained,and there was significant difference among different placesc（P0.001）.The mastering status in different technologies had statistical significance（P0.001）.Conclusion Specialized technical qualification,indispensable conditions of training,and the characteristics of different technology should be concerned in the specific training.Supportive polices also need to be set up.
