学术立院与文化育人的认识与实践——以华中农业大学生命科学技术学院为例

摘　　要：学术与文化是高校保持可持续发展的核心主题。学术是高校生存和发展的推动力,文化是高校的重要精神支柱,二者是高校核心竞争力的集中表现。以华中农业大学生命科学技术学院为例,探讨了作为大学基层学术组织的学院如何在实际中深入贯彻科学发展观,践行"学术立院,文化育人"理念,促进学院科学协调发展。Academic and culture are the two central themes in sustainable development for colleges and universities.The academic research is the pushing force for the survival and development of colleges and universities,while culture is an important spiritual pillar for colleges and universities,both of which are the reflections of the core competitiveness for colleges and universities.Taking College of Life Science and Technology of Huazhong Agricultural Univerisity for example,this paper discussed how should the colleges,as the primary academic organizations of university,implement the scientific concept of development in depth,and practice the idea of ＂ academic construction and cultural education ＂ in order to promote the coordinated development of colleges.
