牛蒡根不同极性部位对小鼠胃肠蠕动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:筛选牛蒡根对促小鼠胃肠蠕动功能的有效部位。方法:采用溶剂法、萃取法等按极性大小对牛蒡根进行提取,得到醇提取物、水提取物、醇水提取物、氯仿提取物、石油醚提取物及80%乙醇洗脱部位,将小鼠随机分成7组分别给予灌胃4d,观察首次通便时间及排便数量,并利用炭末推进法测定小鼠胃肠推进率观察不同部位对小鼠小肠推进的影响。结果:与空白对照组相比,牛蒡根水提取物组小鼠在肠管中的炭末推进率(56.80%)明显高于空白对照组(39.99%)(P<0.05),且缩短排便时间,增加排便数量;醇水提取物组(48.13%)及醇提取物组(46.51%)高于空白对照物,但无统计学差异(P>0.05),其余3组与空白对照组接近亦无显著性差异。结论:牛蒡根水提取物能加快小鼠胃肠蠕动。OBJECTIVE To screen the effective parts of Burdock root acting on gastrointestinal motility in mice. METHODS Alcohol extract, water extract, alcohol-water extract, chloroform extract, petroleum ether extract and 80% ethanol elution position were obtained by solvent method and extraction method according to the size of the polar extract of Burdock root. The mice were randomly divided into seven groups, and the drugs were given orally for 4d to observe the first time and the number of defecation; by using carbon powder to determine the gastrointestinal propulsive rate and to observe the different polarity parts of Burdock root on the small intestinal propulsive movement in mice. RESULTS Compared with the control group, the Burdock root water extract in the intestine of mice to promote the carbon powder was significantly higher （56. 80 M）than the control group（39. 99%）（P〈0. 05）, and reduced the defecation time,increasing the number of defecation; the efficieney of alcohol-water extract group （48. 13%） and the alcohol extract group （46. 51% ）was higher than that of the control group, but showed no significant difference （P〉0. 05）. In the remaining three groups compared with the control group there was no signifieant difference. CONCLUSION The Burdock root water extract can speed up gastrointestinal peristalsis in mice.
