摘 要:对于变速恒频风力发电系统,采用基于定子电压定向的矢量控制简化双馈发电机模型,并在此基础上确定了最大风能捕获的控制策略。为了提高系统的鲁棒性和动态响应速度,将模糊控制技术引入双馈风力发电系统有功功率和无功功率解耦控制中。将功率控制系统分解为有功功率子系统和无功功率子系统,从而建立了风力发电机组完整的功率控制模型。采用Matlab/Simulink建立了各单元模型并进行仿真,仿真结果表明:所设计的模糊控制器成功实现了有功功率和无功功率的解耦控制,不仅能够实现最大风能捕获,使系统中具有很强的鲁棒性和适用性,而且设计方法简单,控制器容易实现。For VSCF wind-power system, the vector transform based on stator-voltage-oriented was used to simplify the model of doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) and the control strategy for the maximum wind power capture was established. The fuzzy control theory was introduced into the decoupling control of active and reactive power of the DFIG to improve the robustness and the speed of dynamic response. The whole sys- tem was divided into active power subsystem and reactive power subsystem and the whole control model of the wind power generator was built. The simulation model was built by using Matlab/Simulink to simulate. It comes to a conclusion that active power and reactive power are successfully decoupled controlled. The system can not only realize the maximum wind energy capture, but also has good robustness and applicability, and this control strategy is convenient and efficient.
