摘 要:为了实现系杆拱桥吊索(或吊杆)力张拉的"一步到位",避免后期的索力调整,针对滁河特大桥(尼尔森结构体系)的结构特点,以成桥状态下的吊杆力满足设计要求为目标,提出了优化数学模型及迭代算法实现过程,对吊杆张拉控制力进行了优化计算,给出了综合考虑成桥状态满足设计要求的吊杆张拉控制力,成功地进行了滁河特大桥施工过程控制。实践证明,采用优化的吊杆张拉控制力,能够满足该桥施工过程中拱肋、系梁的强度安全和稳定性要求,避免了吊杆多次张拉及调整方案。To realize the tensioning of suspenders of tied arch bridge in one step and to avoid the late time adjusting of cable forces of the suspenders, in the light of the structural characteristics of Chuhe River Bridge (a Nilsen structure system) and with the aim that the cable forces of the suspenders of the completed bridge could meet the design requirements, the optimal mathematic model and the iteration algorithm process were put forward, the control forces for the ten- sioning of the suspenders were optimally calculated, the control forces that comprehensively considered the design requirements of the completed bridge were given and the control of the construction process of the bridge was finally successfully implemented. Practice proves that the utilization of the optimized control forces for the tensioning of the suspenders can meet the requirements for the strength safety and stability of the arch ribs and tie beams in the construction and the multi-time tensioning and adjusting of the suspenders is therefore avoided.
