摘　　要：随着时间的流逝,人们生活方式和观念的改变,在中国传统社会中享有"冬至大如年"重要地位的冬至节,演变为现在相对单纯的二十四节气之一,其各项节俗也发生了不同的变化。本文主要梳理和探讨冬至节俗中饮食文化的变迁。With the passage of time and the change of people＇ s life style and concept, the Winter Solstice Festival, the Winter Solstice in the traditional Chinese society, becomes simple one of the 24 solar terms from one of the most important festivals. The customs of the festival have changed a lot. This paper combs and discusses mainly the changes the Winter Solstice Festival and its diet culture.
