高职房地产经营与估价专业人才培养规格研究——以广东省为例

摘　　要：以广东省为例分析了房地产经营与估价专业人才的行业需求,并通过对高职房地产经营与估价专业毕业生的调研分析,确定了该专业人才培养的主要目标岗位,在此基础上界定了该专业的人才培养规格。Taking Guangdong Province as example,the paper analyzes the industrial need for graduates majoring in real estate management and valuation.Through the investigation and analysis on the graduates majoring in real estate management and valuation in higher vocational colleges,the paper identifies the main target positions for these majors set by higher vocational colleges in talent training,based on which the paper puts forward a talent training standard for this major.
