摘　　要：利用Eviews软件,通过对宁夏自治区1990—2008年间统计数据进行分析,探究人力资本在宁夏省经济增长中的贡献情况。研究结果表明,这十几年间宁夏省的人力资本投入有所提高,通过人力资本投资来拉动经济的增长起到了一定的促进作用,应该继续重视人才的发展问题,加快人力资本水平的提高。Using Eviews software to analyse statistical data of Ningxia autonomous region from 1990 to 2008, this paper explores the human capital in Ningxia autonomous region＇s contribution to economic growth. The resuits of the study showed that the human capital investment of Ningxia autonomous region raised in this decades, the economic growth stimulated by the human capital investment played a positiverole, and the government should continue to pay attention to the talent development and accelerate the improvement of the human capital level.
