摘　　要：本文分析了需求方规模合作竞争的类型,利用梅特卡夫法则分析需求方规模网络的价值,得出了合作竞争型网络中的价值规律。根据需求方规模竞合策略对于需求方规模价值的影响分析了企业在合作竞争上的策略选择。This paper analyzed the relation type of cooperation and competition in demand scale network. By using Metcalfs law, we can show up the value law in cooperation and competition network. According the influence of the value in demand scale network, we also analyzed the problem that how to choose cooperation and competition strategies.
