现代远程教育资源的现状及促进教师专业化发展的对策研究

摘　　要：利用现代远程教育资源培养出具有较高专业水平的教师队伍、实现教师专业化发展是教育发展的新的有效途径和方式。本文从相关概念的解析入手,分析了利用现代远程教育资源的现状,并总结了利用现代远程教育资源促进教师专业化发展的五点对策,希望为今后的相关研究提供一些借鉴。Cultivating a more professional teachers＇ troop and realizing teacher professional development with the resources of the modem distance education is a new effective method in educational development. Based on this finding, the author analyses the related concepts, analyzes the status and summarize five countermeasures about promoting teacher professional development with the resources of the modem distance education,We hope it can provide some reference for related research.
