摘 要:高校教师工作具有创造性、复杂性、奉献性等特点。目前,我国高校教师评价体系的内容和标准未能全面反映高校对教师素质的要求,评价结果的客观性、权威性和公正性有待提高,评价过程和结果对高校教师长远发展的作用有限。高校教师评价体系的优化应坚持以教师发展为本的评价理念,完善评价指标体系,重视评价的反馈环节,要赋予教师充分的话语权。Teachers work with creativity,complexity,dedication.At present,the content of university teacher evaluation system and criteria can not fully reflect the requirements of the quality of university teachers and the objectivity,authority and impartiality are still to be improved,the role of the evaluation process and results of for long-term development of university teachers is limited.Optimization of university teacher evaluation system should adhere to the concept of making the teacher′s development as basic,improve evaluation index system,pay attention to the feedback link and give teachers the full right to speak.
