摘　　要：军事与管理是军事院校的基础性学科,同时具备军事指挥和管理能力是学员必须具备的基本素质,军事、管理学科融合对军事院校具有非常重要的意义。文中从两学科融合的基础入手,分析了进行学科融合的可行性;从能力培育、教学、科研需求入手,分析了学科融合的必要性;最后,阐述了融合的路径。Military and management disciplines are two basic disciplines of military education, at the same time, the capabilities of command and management are also the essential qualities of a military officer. Therefore the disciplinary integration of military and management subjects is significant for military academies. In this paper, the feasibility of disciplinary integration is analyzed, the requireme disciplinary integration is put forward, and the path of disciplinary integration is constructed as well.
