摘  要:采用高渗透性能的PEG-6000作为水分胁迫剂,研究不同PEG浓度对多种荞麦萌发的影响。结果表明:在20%PEG胁迫下降低了各荞麦品种的发芽率,其中09-225、09-181、九江苦荞、09-151、09-221、KQ09-09降幅最大,分别为76%、73%、69%、69%、66%、63%。不同荞麦品种在抗旱性上存在明显差异,萌发抗旱指数高的品种在水分胁迫下仍保持着较高的根长胁迫指数、发芽势和发芽率,说明根长胁迫指数、发芽势和发芽率与萌发抗旱指数存在较好的相关性,r分别为0.96、0.56和0.53。通过对上述指标的测定,可以较好地反应出荞麦品种萌芽期的抗旱性。To investigate the drought tolerance of 14 buckwheat cultivars, effects of different concentrations of PEG-6000 on their germination were carried out in the current work. The results showed that the buckwheat germination rate diversely decreased under the 20% PEG stress. Cultivars 09-225, 09-18I, Jiujiang Bitter tea, 09-151, 09-221 and KQ09-09 demonstrated the most reduction by 76% , 73% , 69% , 69% , 66% and 63% , respectively. Obvious differences in drought tolerance were obtained among different varieties, and the cultivar with high germination index under drought stress might keep a higher root length stress index, germi- nation potential and germination rate. Favorite correlations were obtained between germination index of drought tolerance and root length stress index, germination potential or germination rate, whose correlation coefficient were 0.96, 0.56 or 0.53, respectively. Based on above indexes, the drought tolerance of buckwheat cultivars may be well evaluated in their germination stage.
