摘　　要：100多年来,作为美国社会工业化和现代化的主要支撑之一,美国的职业教育为其社会的发展立下了汗马功劳,而联邦职业教育法案也功不可没。通过对美国联邦职业教育法案诱致性制度变迁机制创立的背景、发展变化的历程以及具体的实施效果进行剖析,旨在对中国职业教育立法的完善起到借鉴作用。Over the past 100 years,the US vocational education has made an outstanding contribution to the industrialization and modernization,owing to the induction-based institutional changes.This article analyzes the backgroud,history and implementations of the mechanisms for the purpose of helping with Chinese vocational education legislation.
