摘　　要：对白桦木材的丙酮和石油醚—甲醇萃取液进行GC-MS检测,找到6种有机化合物。分别属于烷烃、脂肪酸类、酚类和异黄酮类物质。其中2′2-二乙氧基丙烷、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮、反式-3-甲基-4-甲硫基-查耳酮和N,N′-二亚水杨基-1,2-二氨基乙烷都具有抗菌活性。本研究为进一步探讨白桦木材的化学成分,筛选天然抗腐朽植株提供有用信息。After GC-MS test to the extraction liquid of white birch wood with acetone and petroleum ether-methanol,six organic compounds that respectively belonged to alkanes,fatty acids,phenolic compounds and isoflavones were found.Among them,2′2-diethoxy propane,4-hydroxy-4-mehtyl-2-pentanone,trans-3′-Methyl-4-（methylthio）chalcone and 2,2′-[1,2-ethanediylbis（nitrilomethylidyne）]bis-phenol all had antibacterial activity.This paper would provide some useful information for future study of the chemical characteristics of the white birch wood as well as the selection on natural anti-decadent plants.
