摘  要:如何保持外语学习者的学习热情和状态,不断提升他们的外语学习和运用能力,是外语教学理论研究的重要课题之一,其研究结果对外语教学实践具有指导性意义。动机理论借助心理学和社会学的综合分析手段,从学习者的学习动机入手,强调以学习者为主体,结合各种激励机制,以促进教学目标的顺利实现。One of the important issues in foreign language teaching theory research is how to keep foreign langnage learners' learning enthusiasm and state, and how to constantly improve their abilities to learn foreign language and apply what they learn, the result of which can direct the foreign language teaching. With the aid of analytical approaches in psychology and sociology and from the learning motivation of learners, motivation theories emphasizes the learners as the main body and combines kinds of incentive mechanism, promoting the smooth realization of teaching goals.
