摘  要:目的探讨妊娠期接触苯对其子鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 40只孕鼠被随机等分为空气对照组和5.0、10.01、5.0 mg/m3三个不同浓度的苯染毒组,各组从孕7 d开始,连续染毒至分娩,每天染毒2 h。分别在分娩后1 d及7d,每组取5只母鼠和5只子鼠取血检测T淋巴细胞亚群和血清免疫球蛋白的含量。结果在子鼠出生后1 d和7 d,等浓度组的母鼠和子鼠的血T淋巴细胞亚群、血免疫球蛋白的含量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);低浓度苯染毒组与对照组比较,CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+和血各种免疫球蛋白的含量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);但在中、高浓度组CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+和血各种免疫球蛋白的含量均较对照组低(P<0.05),并呈明显的剂量-效应关系(P<0.01)。但无论是母鼠还是子鼠,在两个时间点间的T淋巴细胞亚群和血各种免疫球蛋白的含量变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妊娠期鼠吸入苯可抑制母鼠及其子鼠细胞免疫和体液免疫功能。Objective To explore the effect of benzene exposure during pregnancy on blood T lymphocyte subset and serum immunoglobulin in mother generation and offspring mice. Methods Forty pregnant mice were divided averagely into 4 groups at random.On the 7th day after pregnancy,each of group was exposed to benzene vapour until to parturition(0.0 mg/m3,5.0 mg/m3,10.0 mg/m3 and 15.0 mg/m3,respectively,with 2 hours per day).On the 1st and 7th days after parturition,5 mother generation mice and 5 offspring mice were killed in each group to detect blood T lymphocyte subset and blood serum immunoglobulin by flow cytometric analysis and ELISA assay. Results On the 1st and 7th days after parturition,the blood T lymphocyte subset and blood serum immunoglobulin of mother generation mice and offspring mice in middle-and high-concentration benzene groups were inhibited significantly(P0.05) in a concentration-dependent manner(P0.01).There was a significant correlation between immunosuppression of mother generation mice and offspring mice. Conclusions Benzene exposure during pregnancy can damage immunological function of mother generation mice and offspring mice.
