Wistar大鼠血液生化指标、体重及主要脏器系数参考值的研究

摘　　要：目的:获得Wistar大鼠体重、主要脏器系数和血液生化指标的正常参考值范围。方法:收集本实验室SPF级Wistar大鼠120只体重、主要脏器系数和血液生化指标值。结果:雄鼠的体重增长高于雌鼠,脏器系数和生化指标差异无统计学意义。结论:研究Wistar大鼠正常参考值范围可以为药物的安全性评价提供参考。Objective： to study the normal relerence range ot body weight , the mare orgaln coemc^ent and blood mocnemmai in- dicators of Wistar rats. Methods： The data in body weight , the main orgain coefficient and blood biochemical indicators of 120 SPF Wistar rats in our laboratory were collected to make statistical analysis. Results： The body weight increment？ of male rats was signifi- cantly higher than that of female rats. There was no significant difference between male and female rats on the main orgain coefficient and blood biochemical indicators. Conclusions： The research on the normal reference range of Wistar rats could provide reference ba- sis for the safety of drug evaluation.
