摘　　要：分析了高职农业类专业人才培养目标,说明了"理实一体化"教学模式的内涵,探讨了实施过程中存在的主要问题,并提出了解决的对策。This paper analyzes talents＇ cultivation objects of agricultural speciality in higher vocational college and the connotation of theory and practice integration teaching model.It also discusses the existing problems during implementation and proposes solutions.
