摘　　要：现代信息技术的迅猛发展,给图书馆的规划、建设、资源储备、管理和功能定位等带来巨大冲击,如何以现代信息技术为平台,从转变服务理念和方式、加快队伍建设、提升规划布局水平、提高资源储备、充实服务内涵和质量等方面出发,加快现代信息技术与现代图书馆互动研究,充分释放图书馆能量,发挥其在保存人类文化遗产、开发信息资源、参与社会教育、丰富群众文化生活显得尤为紧迫。With the rapid development of modem information technology, it brings enormous impact on the planning, construction, resources reserve, management and function orientation of library. It is particularly urgent and important, to take information technology as the platform; changing the service concept and method; quickening team construction; improve the plan layout standards; enhancing resources reserve and enriching service connotation, and quality for speeding up the modem information technology and modem library interactive research; releaseing library＇s energy fully; playing the important role of conserving human cultural heritage; developing of information resources, participating in social education, enriching mass cultural life education.
