心理契约干预对高校图书馆科研工作的推拉作用

摘　　要：高校图书馆科研工作为图书情报学的研究起到了积极的作用,但在高校图书馆目前的科研工作中存在一些制约的因素,对科研人员的工作起到了负面的影响作用,阻碍了科研工作长久、持续的发展。根据相关调查,我们认为高校图书馆组织应从心理契约的角度出发,建立心理契约干预模式,进行相应的心理干预,使科研人员产生心理的内驱力,达到心理契约的平衡,使科研工作得以稳定、持续的发展。The scientific research in university library plays a positive role to the library and information science, but there are some restrained factors which play negative role in the scientific research at present, this situation may hinder the sustained development of the scientific research. Based on the survey the university library should pay attention to constructing the model of the psychological contract interposition and making the balance of the psychological contract come into being in the heart of the members in scientific research, by this means to let the scientific research develop in a steady way.
