多点啮合柔性支承传动系统的疲劳特性研究

摘　　要：以应用多柔传动作为倾动机构的氧气转炉这一典型设备为例，调研、分析和统计出了３００ｔ转炉在一个典型冶炼周期中周期倾动载荷的变化规律，首次建立了该系统的载荷谱和耳轴的应力诺。对一个典型冶炼周期中耳轴的应力谱进行了雨流计数和一次应力损伤分布的计算，利用疲劳累积损伤理论计算了３００ｔ转炉耳轴的疲劳寿命和可靠度。The hiting torque in a typical melting Period for the 300toxygen converter, which uses the multiple-point meshing transmissionsystem with flexible support as itS hiting mechanism, is obtained byinvestigation and statistics. The system's load spectrum and snessspectrum of the main shaft are established for the first time. TheRychlik rainllow counting method has been introduced to thecalculation of the fatigue damage distribution for the sness specmimof the main shall in one typical melhng period. The main shaft'sfatigue life and reliability are calculated by the rule of fahgueaccumulating damage.
